Paul Uricchio has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Paul has worked in various roles, starting as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist at Pfizer in 1999. Paul then joined Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Product Manager, revitalizing a topical hemostatic agent franchise by launching new products and managing divestiture initiatives.

Their most recent role before the current one at Dilon Technologies Inc. was at Biom'up, where they held multiple roles. Paul led the global marketing and market expansion initiatives, including a successful launch in the Australian market. Paul later served as the Vice President of Global Marketing, Training, and Operations, overseeing global transformation and strategy execution.
