Phillip Gray has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Phillip began their career at Canon Virginia, Inc. as a Production Systems Engineer, where they were trained in and managed Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Production Innovation and Kaizen activities. In 2001, they became the Engineering Department Head at WRSystems, where they oversaw engineers and technicians in the performance of engineering services. In 2004, they became an Operations Manager and Partner at Kemp Meadows Corporation, running business and production operations of a Class A general contracting company. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. as an Industrial Engineer and CPI Project Manager, where they were a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and was responsible for process improvement and root cause analysis. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Fiserv as a Business Process and Continuous Improvement Lead, where they worked with other sites to standardize processes and develop best practices from a recent merger. Currently, they are the OpEx/Lean Manufacturing Manager at Dilon Technologies Inc., leading the transition of existing and newly acquired products to inhouse manufacturing operations.
Phillip Gray obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida. Phillip also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KGMC.
