Founded by former buyers from France and Switzerland, Dimason was built from the inside of the market. We understand sourcing not as a transactional function, but as a strategic lever for brands and retailers that require reliability, consistency, creativity and scale.

We operate as an integrated extension of our clients’ teams in Asia — acting as their trusted eyes and hands on the market, and combining market intelligence, product development, industrial expertise and on-the-ground execution.
Our role goes far beyond factory sourcing: we help brands and retailers design, adapt, secure and industrialize collections that meet commercial, technical, regulatory and sustainability expectations of Western markets. 
Our teams are permanently based in Asia and work with a curated network of audited manufacturing partners. We intervene at every critical stage of the value chain: from product ideation and supplier selection to cost engineering, production follow-up, quality control and logistics coordination.

Because we come from the buying side, we anticipate risks before they become issues. Quality, timelines, compliance and brand consistency are managed proactively, not reactively.

Dimason is not a trading company, nor a sourcing office detached from market realities. We are deeply connected to European retail standards, merchandising logic and consumer expectations. This allows us to work in full alignment with our clients’ internal teams.
