Additionally, Roope is a Partner at Hallituspartnerit - Board Professionals Helsinki, promoting professional board work and diversity awareness, and previously held the role of Chief Growth Officer at Vastuu Group Oy, where significant achievements included leading the CO2 DataHub R&D Project. Roope's extensive experience spans various leadership roles in digital transformation, innovation, and business development across companies such as Loopia Group, Mind Your Rights, Teosto, OP Financial Group, and more. Roope holds an EMBA from Aalto University Executive Education and a Master of Science in Contemporary History from the University of Turku.
