Andre Deetlefs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and technical management across various companies in the telecommunications and IT sectors. As a Senior Solution Architect at Dimension Data Middle East and Africa since October 2019, Andre focuses on enhancing customer experience. Previously, at Jasco Enterprise, Andre held multiple roles including Solution Architect and Executive of Lines of Business, overseeing various technology portfolios and trends. With a strong background at Avaya as a Channel Account Manager and Solutions Architect, Andre developed partner relationships and provided presales support in Sub Saharan Africa. Early career roles included positions at arivia.kom, Telecom Lesotho, DMC Stratex Networks, Newbridge Networks, and Eskom South Africa, supporting technical planning, operations, and solution design. Andre holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
