Becky Plourde

Becky Plourde has extensive experience in the technology and communication sectors, primarily focused on collaboration and contact center solutions. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Dimension Data since October 2005, Becky has also held key positions including Technical Services Architect and Managing Technical Consultant, where responsibilities included technical project management of Cisco Unified Contact Center deployments. Prior to Dimension Data, Becky worked at Cisco Systems as a Network Consulting Engineer specializing in contact center solutions and began a career as an Integration Engineer at GeoTel Communications. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completed in 1998.
