Farid Salleh

Farid Salleh is a seasoned Network Engineer with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently employed at Dimension Data Malaysia since February 2010, Farid specializes in major F5 BIGIP products, providing Level 3 support and managing escalation processes. Previous roles include serving as a Resident Network Engineer for MIMOS Berhad and Citibank Malaysia, where Farid delivered business-as-usual support and managed network administration across various technologies. Farid's career began at VADS Berhad as a Customer Service Executive, ensuring high-quality support and efficient documentation.
