Fred Tarcelo

Fred Tarcelo is an accomplished Solution Architect with extensive experience in IT outsourcing and project management. Currently employed at Dimension Data since October 2015, Fred specializes in designing solutions for major IT outsourcing projects, collaborating with both internal teams and technology vendors to meet contractual commitments. Prior roles include Transition and Transformation Program Manager at IBM Philippines, where Fred managed a USD147M IT outsourcing program, and Transition Director at BT Singapore, focusing on large managed services projects. With a career spanning over two decades at IBM, Fred held various executive positions responsible for service delivery excellence, project management competency, and client relationships. Fred's foundational education includes a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines and an MSIM in Information Technology Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
