James Sang has over two decades of experience in the IT and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Regional Remote Support Engineer (L4) at Dimension Data Kenya since November 2010, James has developed expertise in remote support. Prior to this role, James worked as a System Engineer at Dimension Data from December 2002 to December 2005, providing on-site support for client Data Center equipment, including servers and storage. James began the career as an Assistant Systems Engineer at SYMPHONY from February 2000 to October 2002. James holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Technical University of Kenya.
