Mark Such

Mark Such is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service desk leadership and technical support. Currently, Mark serves as the Founder and Managing Director of Skyspec Technologies since December 2020 and as the Service Desk Team Lead at Dimension Data Middle East and Africa starting August 2021. Prior to these roles, Mark held positions including IT Service Desk Team Leader at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa from April 2019 to August 2021, and IT Support Technician at Sundays River Citrus Company from October 2017 to April 2019. Mark began a career in IT as a Support Engineer at Dimension Data from September 2016 to September 2017. Mark holds a National Diploma in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Nelson Mandela University, where studies were completed from 2010 to 2016.
