Roland Owens

Roland Owens has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Roland started their career at Syntegra in 1996 as a Managing Consultant, where they played a leading role in developing the consultancy practice and delivering business and process transformation programs. Roland also contributed to defining core service operations and financial management for the group. In 2006, they joined BT - Global Services as a Lead Service Architect and Transformation Programme Manager. There, they successfully developed secure messaging services for the global financial services markets and created a partner network for new connectivity and messaging services. In 2014, they took a career break to focus on personal matters, before joining Dimension Data as a Principal Services Architect. Roland continued this role at NTT Ltd. from 2019, where they specialize in global managed services outsourcing. Throughout their career, Roland has demonstrated their expertise in service architecture, consulting, business development, and program management within dynamic consulting-led sales and delivery environments.

Roland Owens holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advanced Data Processing, MIS, and Computer Sciences from Loughborough University.
