Tarryn Alves

Tarryn Alves has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as Director of Platform Operations at NTT Ltd. since July 2019, with previous roles including Senior Manager and Support Manager. Tarryn has also been with Dimension Data since October 2006, progressing through various positions such as Group ITSM Support Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing a team of Customer Support Engineers and overseeing critical system management for the ITSM application. Tarryn's expertise encompasses providing L1/L2 ITSM support across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, managing training initiatives, optimizing ITSM functionalities, and overseeing data management and reporting processes. Educational background includes studies at Steelcrest High School and Alberton High School from 1993 to 1997.
