Tirone Nel

Tirone Nel has held various positions throughout their career. Tirone started as a Systems/Network Administrator at Club Technology in 2001 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as IT Manager at Famous Pacific Shipping Group. Next, they worked as a UNIX/Linux Systems Administrator at 2Cana Solutions from 2006 to 2009. Tirone then joined AdaptIT Holdings as a Senior Systems Administrator/DBA and stayed there until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Tirone worked as a Systems Engineering Technical Specialist at Mr Price Group. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Principal Engineer: DevOps at Dimension Data Middle East and Africa, starting in July 2018.

Tirone Nel received a degree in Red Hat Certified Virtualization Administrator (RHCVA) from Obsidian Systems Training in 2011, and a degree in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHCE) from the same institution in 2009. Additionally, Tirone attended Parkside Primary School, but no degree or field of study was provided.
