Spencer Strouse

Spencer Strouse has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Spencer started their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 2012 as a Mechanical Engineer, where they worked for four years. In 2017, they joined Dimensional Control Systems as a Dimensional Variation Analyst and held that role until 2020. Spencer then progressed to become an Analyst Team Lead, where they were responsible for internal training, updating tutorial documentation, developing training systems, and performing sales demonstrations for prospective customers. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engineering at Dimensional Control Systems, overseeing various engineering responsibilities.

Spencer Strouse attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
