Paula Higgins

Paula Higgins has extensive work experience in project and program management. Paula currently holds the position of Head of Project and Programme Management at Dimensions UK. Prior to that, they worked as a PMO & Planning Manager at Arqiva from 2018 to 2021, and as a Project Manager at the University of Southampton from 2014 to 2018. Paula has also held management positions at the BBC, London Borough of Havering, Dorset County Council, Eastleigh Borough Council, and Skandia. Paula began their career as a Senior Helpdesk Analyst at JP Morgan Chase and an IT Support Analyst/Team Leader at Pink Elephant.

Paula Higgins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Solent University from 1993 to 1996. Paula then went on to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Open University Business School from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, they received a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Management from the University of Portsmouth from 2004 to 2006. Paula has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including ITIL Service Management Essentials in October 1997 and the Management of Portfolios (MoP) Practitioner certification in May 2016.
