David Chard

David Chard has extensive work experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. David currently works as the Global Sales Director at Dimerco Express Group since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Wincanton as the Freight Forwarding Manager and later as an IT Pre Sales Solutions Architect from 2018 to 2023. David also served as the National Sales Manager at FENIX FREIGHT LIMITED in 2017. Before that, they held the role of Sales Manager (UK) at OOCL Logistics from 2015 to 2017. In 2013 and 2014, they worked at IFE Global Logistics as the Global Retail Fashion Account Manager and Trade Development Manager for Bangladesh & Sri Lanka. David also served as the Strategic Account Manager for Retail/Fashion at Agility from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Route Development for the India Sub Continent at Ziegler UK Limited from 2009 to 2011. David held the role of Client Solutions Manager, Retail/Fashion for the UK & Ireland at UTi Worldwide from 2007 to 2009. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the Corporate Sales Manager at Schenker DB (Formerly BAX Global), and from 1998 to 2005, they served as the Sales & Marketing Manager at Paul Davis Freight Services Ltd.

David Chard attended Cranbourne from 1982 to 1987, majoring in Maths, English Literature and Language, Physics, Geography, History, Social Studies, and Art.
