David Bates

David Bates currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Linus Health since June 2019, while also holding the position of Managing Partner at Tamarisc since February 2014. In addition to these roles, David Bates serves on the board of directors for TMCity, Huckleberry Labs, Bevi, and holds the title of board observer at Aural Analytics. As a member of the board of directors at TMCity, David Bates contributes to a foundation that focuses on investments in research and technology for system-level advancements. David Bates is also involved with the Digital Medicine Society as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the University of Auckland and a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
