Rob Solomon

Rob Solomon has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and operations sector since 2012. Rob began their career as a Fellow at Venture for America in 2012, and then became the Director of Finance at Downtown Project the same year. In 2013, they founded Progression Labs. In 2015, they became the Director of Finance at Vroom.com, and in 2017 they joined ConsenSys as the Head of Finance & Operations. In 2020, they were appointed as a Board Member at ConsenSys Health, and in 2021 they became a Co-Founder of DIMO.

Rob Solomon obtained their Bachelor of Science with Honors in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2012. Rob also holds certifications as a Certified Rendanheyi Expert - First Level from Boundaryless - Platform Design Toolkit, and as a Holacracy Facilitator from HolacracyOne.
