Wayne Walter

Wayne Walter is an experienced executive with a strong background in manufacturing and advisory services. Currently serving as President of Dimplex Thermal Solutions since July 2022, Wayne oversees the production of air- and water-cooled chillers under The Glen Dimplex Group. Previously, Wayne held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Bolzoni Auramo Meyer from 2017 to 2019, leading a company specializing in forklift attachments for the North American market. From 2015 to 2017, Wayne served as Principal at W3 Business Solutions, where advisory services were provided to product-based businesses. Wayne's extensive tenure at PolyScience from 1997 to 2015 included roles ranging from Managing Director to Production Manager, where responsibilities spanned across manufacturing, operations, and product development. Wayne holds an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management, a B.S. from Illinois State University, and an A.A. in Business Administration from New Mexico Military Institute.
