Rakesh Kaul is currently the Senior Consultant and Vice President of ITS at Delhi Integrated Multi Modal Transit System Ltd. (DIMTS) in Delhi, where they focus on traffic engineering and intelligent transport system integration. Previously, Rakesh worked as a Traffic and Transportation Planner at RITES Limited from 1990 to 2009, and held roles as Vice President and Senior Vice President at Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited from 2007 to 2013. Rakesh also served as a Business Strategist (Asia) for Louis Berger from 2016 to 2017, where they strategized business development for infrastructure consultancy projects across major sectors in India and Asia. They earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, between 1981 and 1985.
