Jamie Lemos is an accomplished operations and technical management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Dines since October 2024, Jamie previously held key positions at Peppermint Bars & Events, including Deputy Head of Tech and Senior Technical Operations Manager.
