Alan Carroll

Alan Carroll has accumulated a diverse range of experience in information technology and operations. Beginning as a Junior Intern IT Engineer at Enterprise Ireland from July 2001 to March 2003, Alan progressed to Investors Bank & Trust, where responsibilities included roles such as Information Technology Help Desk Support Team Lead and IT & Operations Incident Response Manager from January 2005 to March 2007. Following this, Alan joined Ding in March 2018, serving in various capacities such as Information Technology Operations Manager and Head of IT Infrastructure and Technical Operations, before assuming the position of Head of IT Infrastructure and Security in March 2023. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Dublin City University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
