Barry McNamara is a Senior iOS Engineer at Ding since January 2016, with a strong background in iOS development, including experience at iTGS Labs and the University of Limerick. McNamara contributed to a large-scale mobile and web application for the medical industry and developed a pedagogical application for musical training. Proficient in CocoaTouch, UIKit, CoreData, CoreGraphics, and REST integration, as well as various programming languages including JSON and PHP with the Laravel framework. Prior to a career in development, McNamara worked as a Technical Support Agent at UPC Ireland from August 2008 to May 2013. McNamara holds a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in Music, Media and Performance Technology from the University of Limerick.
