Josh Sandford has worked in the advertising industry since 2007. Josh began their career as an Intern at First Impressions Pty Ltd- Advertising Agency. Josh then moved to Oddfellows as an Account Executive in 2008. In 2010, they joined Ogilvy & Mather as an Account Manager, working on clients such as GSK (Panadol), Nestle Purina and Events NSW. In 2011, they took a leave from advertising to help their parents' business, Yellow Postie & CR Cards, as a Senior Postie. Josh then returned to the advertising industry, joining Havas Worldwide as an Account Director and Senior Account Manager, where they worked on the multi award winning Fair Go Bro campaign for Virgin Mobile. In 2013, they joined Albion London as an Account Lead, working on brand, strategy and integrated marketing comms for musicMagpie, Danone Nutricia and Addison Lee. In 2015, they moved to George Patterson Y&R as Group Account Director, heading up the largest group of clients across George Patts and VML. In 2016, they joined WiTH Collective as Director Client Services and Business Director, where they were also a member of the DAN Innovation council. Finally, in 2018, they Co-Founded DingGo and became Head of Product and Marketing.
Josh Sandford attended Barker College from 1997 to 2005, and then went on to University of Technology Sydney from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Public Communications with an Advertising Major.
