Natalie Thow has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Brand Ambassador at Sassy Entertainment in 2008. Natalie then moved on to become a Sydney Kings Dancer and a Parramatta Eels Dancer & Promotions in 2012. In 2010, they joined Extended Element Talent Agency as an Assistant Manager, and Leonard Holt Robb as an Advertising Account Coordinator with a focus on Local Government Councils, Health, Retail & Tourism through print, web & radio.
