From its origins in London to its establishment as a key player in Cyprus hospitality, Dinglis Hotels Ltd is defined by a legacy of strategic growth and social responsibility.

Founded in 1988 by Mr. Dinglis, the company began with a vision to combine real estate with social value. Operating in the UK, it managed a portfolio of over 500 properties dedicated to social housing, eventually building a substantial asset base of 300 owned units. This success facilitated a pivot toward development and a strategic relocation to Cyprus in 2001.

Marking its entry into the hospitality sector with 21 luxury villas in Protaras, the company soon focused its long-term vision on Larnaca. Today, the portfolio includes the Warner Boutique Hotel and Dinglis Beach Hotel Apartments.

Most recently, Dinglis Hotels solidified its commitment to the region with the acquisition of the historic Flamingo Beach Hotel, which is currently under full renovation. The company remains dedicated to creating authentic guest experiences and driving the sustainable development of Larnaca as a premier tourist destination.
