John Hillmann

John Hillmann leads the management consulting practice for Dinocrates Group. In this position, Hillmann leverages an entrepreneurial drive and a broad strategic perspective to grow the business and improve sales. He has over 20 years as a management consultant and project management practitioner in the public and commercial sectors, specializing in the implementation, modernization, and maintenance of business management systems.

Hillmann has expertise in business development, integration, shared services, federal financial accounting and reporting, program management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, business intelligence and data warehouse solutions, and IT security.

Prior to joining Dinocrates, Hillmann served in management and consulting roles with companies such as Team Technology, Intellizant, BearingPoint, and CACI among others.

Hillmann received his Master of Business Administration from American University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Fordham University. He has his PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
