Prior roles include Senior Civil Engineer at Arrow Energy Pty Ltd and Senior Engineer/Project Manager at Gallagher Civil Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed significant projects such as the construction of a retail park in South East London and the redevelopment of Dublin Airport Terminal 2. Thomas Melvin's qualifications include Chartered Engineer status from Engineers Ireland and Engineers Australia, and several degrees from Trinity College Dublin, including a BA BAI in Civil Structural & Environmental Engineering and a H Dip in Project Management.
