Mindy Cave

Mindy Cave currently serves as the Talent Manager at Dion's since January 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Prior to this role, Mindy held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at both Dekker/Perich/Sabatini and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Mindy's career at Dion's began in May 2010, where various titles, including Benefits Specialist, Culture and Engagement Specialist, Recruiter, and Assistant Manager, were held until 2019. Mindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Marketing from the UNM Anderson School of Management, completed between 2014 and 2015.
