Jan Ruby

Jan Ruby is the Business Administrator at DIOSynVax. Jan has also worked as an Office Manager, Senior Consultant, and Travel Manager.

Jan has over 20 years of experience in administration and management. Jan began their career as a travel consultant, before moving into senior administration and then travel management. In 2005, they became Office Manager at Microgen Financial Systems.

At Microgen, Jan was responsible for all aspects of office management, including HR, finance, health and safety, and facilities. Jan also organised team-building events and looked after the company's stock register.

In 2016, Jan left Microgen to become a Senior Consultant at ExecuJet Aviation Group. In this role, they provided consulting services to executives and senior managers.

Jan joined DIOSynVax in July 2020 as Business Administrator. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of the company's administration, including HR, finance, and health and safety.

Jan Ruby attended Netherhall School in Cambridge.
