Stephen Galowitz

Stephen Galowitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory and leadership roles across various innovative companies. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Dioxycle and a Member of the Board of Directors at Graphyte and Origin Materials, Galowitz also holds the position of Founder and Principal at Conatus Advisory LLC. Previously, Galowitz was involved with Sublime Systems as SVP of Special Projects and Interim Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on low carbon cement solutions. With a solid foundation in law and finance, Galowitz earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a BS in Finance and BA in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Early career achievements include significant roles in development and management at Broadrock Renewables and Ridgewood, along with legal expertise from a diverse practice at Wolf Block.
