Rick Sargent is currently the VP of Operations at DipJar. Prior to this, they were the Director of Payment Operations at Toast, Inc. from February 2019 to January 2020. Rick has also held positions as the Manager of Payment Partners & Boarding at Invoice Cloud, Inc. from October 2017 to February 2019, and as Manager of Operations - Agent Channel at Cayan LLC from March 2015 to November 2017. Rick has been in the payments industry for over 10 years, starting as an Account Executive at Cayan LLC in March 2009. Rick has a wealth of experience in pre-sales support, account management, and operations management. Rick is a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping businesses succeed. Rick is a strong leader and excellent communicator, and is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Rick Sargent's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Digital Videography and Photography from The New England Institute of Art.
