Tracy Hackshaw

Tracy Hackshaw serves as the Chef d'Entreprise for the .POST Business Management Unit at the Universal Postal Union, overseeing the development of the .POST sponsored Top Level Domain with a focus on multi-disciplinary aspects. Tracy also holds various influential roles within ICANN, including Co-Chair of the GAC Underserved Regions Working Group and member of the Customer Standing Committee, contributing to significant initiatives related to Internet governance and policy. Additionally, Tracy has a longstanding affiliation with DiploFoundation as a Research and Teaching Faculty member, and participates in multiple organizations, such as the UN-IGF Dynamic Coalition on Small Island Developing States and the Trinidad and Tobago Computer Society. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Small & Medium Enterprise Management and several certificates in project management and Internet governance.
