Diplomatic Impact is a youth mission dedicated to elevating the skills and standards of young people in public speaking, diplomacy, negotiation, critical thinking, and leadership.

We do this by directly integrating highly skilled professionals and industry experts — including accomplished lawyers, professors, UN diplomats, and educationists — into student-led activities such as Model United Nations, Debating, and Gavel. These professionals actively participate as evaluators and mentors, providing detailed, individualised feedback during student performances.

This hands-on evaluation model allows students to identify gaps, refine their skills, and achieve measurable improvement, while also creating meaningful opportunities for interaction and professional networking.

Through this novel Professional Evaluative Mentorship model, Diplomatic Impact aims to mobilise skilled professionals worldwide to share their expertise and experience, empowering youth and preparing the next generation to confidently take on the world.
