Additionally, our company has been certified to the “Gold Class” organic kitchen (Bio Kouzina Gold), according to the Bio Kouzina BIO Hellas, the recognized body of organic products certification, offering our customers the possibility to develop menus that consist of certified, organic raw materials.

The excellent presence of Dipnosofistirion in gastronomy emerges also through our collaboration with the Benaki Museum, the B&E Goulandris Foundation and Goulandris Natural History Museum, where we maintain great café-restaurants.

It has already been two decades since Dimitris Christofileas, Takis Christofileas & Diomidis Kapsalis, three self-made people with family ties, common memories and rich gastronomic experience, decided to join forces to realize their vision: to create something truly unique in the field of catering.
