Tigran Avagyan

Tigran Avagyan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tigran started their career as a Methodologist at Digimark, where they developed and implemented methods for data analysis and led complex projects. Tigran then worked as an English Second Language Tutor at Skyeng, conducting lectures and examinations and organizing open classes. Tigran also worked as a Freelance Teacher, providing teaching services on a self-employed basis.

In 2020, Tigran joined Wix.com as a Customer Success Specialist, facilitating the migration of users to newer products and driving expansion and adoption of software and services. Tigran later transitioned to the role of Product Account Manager, recruiting users and designing marketing campaigns for mobile apps. Tigran served as a point of contact for teams and assisted with tasks related to product launch and maintenance.

Currently, Tigran works at DiPocket Group as a Client Implementation & Delivery Manager. In this role, they liaise with clients, documents requirements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in compliance with industry regulations. Tigran also creates API and payment card configurations.

Tigran Avagyan began their education in 2017 at LCC International University in Lithuania, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business. However, they did not complete this degree as their enrollment ended in 2018. In 2018, Tigran enrolled at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, where they studied International Business for four years and graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

During their studies, Tigran also took part in an Erasmus Exchange program in 2020 at the University of National and World Economy, focusing on International Business.

In addition to their formal education, Tigran obtained several certifications. Tigran achieved an Advanced Scrum certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2023. In December 2022, they acquired certifications in Branding Foundations from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy and Technology for Product Managers from the Project Management Institute. In July 2021, they completed a course called "Becoming a Product Manager" by Cole Mercer and Evan Kimbrell through LinkedIn. Tigran also received a Global Collaboration Certificate from X-Culture in May 2021. Before their university studies, they obtained a TESOL certification from Skyeng in May 2018. Additionally, in November 2015, they received a Certificate of Achievement from the HARTAK Workshop Festival Yerevan, and in July 2015, they were awarded a Certificate of Achievement from the European Youth Parliament (EYP).
