Chad began their career in 2013 at Schlumberger, where they held various roles including New Equipment Deployment Manager, North America Land Software and Acquisition Specialist, General Field Engineer, and Field Engineer. In 2019, they joined Dipole Digital as Co-Founder and VP of Sales & Customer Success.

Chad Thames graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2013 with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering.
