Marius Wiik

Marius Wiik is currently a leader at DIPS, responsible for multiple development teams that create solutions for referral processes in specialist and primary healthcare services. Marius focuses on facilitating teamwork, establishing clear objectives, and delivering value through effective communication, trust, and accountability. Previously, Marius held roles as an IT consultant at HELSE NORD IKT and served in various positions at DIPS AS, including Development Manager and Product Manager. Marius has also worked as a scientific assistant at UiT The Arctic University of Norway, where they supported courses in programming and computer architecture, and as a corporate advisor at Telering Bedrift. Marius holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Tromsø.
