Head Of Product Development at Dirac

Jon Bergenheim has extensive work experience in the audio industry. Jon is currently the Head of Product Development at Dirac, where they are responsible for managing the product development process for various audio products, including automotive audio, room correction, and 3D audio enhancements for mobile. Jon also served as the Product Engineering Manager, managing the audio team responsible for delivering audio functionality across different platforms. Before that, they were a Senior A/V Engineer, responsible for developing Skype's Voice Quality Enhancer. Jon worked at Skype from April 2006 to April 2012.

Jon started their career at Camino Networks as a Senior Research & Development Engineer, where they worked on the development of VoIP-related products such as acoustic echo cancelers and automatic gain control systems. Jon held this role from December 2005 to April 2006.

Before Camino Networks, Jon founded their own consulting company, Numerical Information. Jon was responsible for business negotiations, legal and contracts, HR, and finances. Jon operated the company from January 2004 to November 2005.

Earlier in their career, Jon worked at Global IP Sound as a Senior R&D Engineer, where they coordinated network echo cancellation projects and was responsible for customer integrations. Jon also worked at the National Institute for Working Life as an R&D Engineer, focusing on detecting activity in the human autonomic nervous system.
