Paolo Banfi

Paolo Banfi, MBA, is a seasoned manager with over 15 years of experience specializing in integrated supply chain management, process re-engineering, and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at DirAction, they work on efficiency increases and organizational restructuring in industrial operations. As a co-founder of RAYLAB, an innovative startup in nuclear measurement and radiation protection, Paolo has successfully secured an international patent and established a robust business model. Previously, they held key positions, including Supply Chain Director at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems and Supply Chain Manager for the Petruzalek Group. Paolo holds an MBA from MIP-Politecnico Di Milano and has completed executive education at Imperial College Business School.
