Roberto Loris

Roberto Loris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Managing Partner at DirAction since December 2008, Roberto previously held the position of General Manager at Gianni Barbato Luxury Shoes and Bags from January 2007 to February 2008, where the focus was on growth strategy and operational development. Prior to that, Roberto was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from November 2000 to January 2007, and held significant roles at Pirelli Tyres including Worldwide Head of Total Productivity Management and Worldwide Head of Industrial Training System and Know How development from November 1995 to November 2000. Early career experience includes positions as an Operations Analyst at Japan Management Association & Consultants and a Junior Consultant at Telos Management Group. Roberto holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova, earned between 1983 and 1989, and completed education at Liceo Scientifico M.L. King in Genova from 1979 to 1983.
