At Diraja, we don’t just build software. We build and scale real businesses, then turn what works into systems that others can use.

Headquartered in Nairobi, Diraja is a venture studio focused on transforming micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) through technology, operations, and distribution.

Proof in Action: Kukuzetu

Our flagship venture, Kukuzetu, is a fast-growing retail network focused on chicken and fresh food distribution across Nairobi.

*8+ outlets serving hundreds of customers daily
*Proprietary in-house system powering sales, stock, and reconciliation
*Fully owned delivery network (no reliance on third parties)
*Transitioned from losses to profitability through operational discipline and systemization
