Uzzwal Hayder is currently the Head of Group HR, OD, and CSR at DIRD Group, where they focus on enhancing human reformation and organizational development. Uzzwal has accumulated extensive experience in HR and administration across several companies, including roles as Manager at Epic Group and AGM at Croydon Kowloon Designs Limited, Bitopi Group. Uzzwal holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Sociology from the University of Chittagong and a PGDHRM from the Institute of Human Capital Management. Additionally, Uzzwal is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws from Uttara Law College and has further qualifications in Transformational Leadership and Organizational Leadership.
