Mohammad Hamoudeh

Mohammad Hamoudeh, CIA, CRMA, CFE, is the Head of Internal Audit at Direct Aid, having established the Internal Audit Department and developed comprehensive audit and risk management strategies. With over 20 years of experience in diverse sectors, they have advanced internal audit and risk functions across Telecom, Retail, Education, and more. Previously, Mohammad held senior roles at PwC Middle East and Ooredoo Kuwait, where they led large-scale projects and managed operational efficiencies. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan.
