Ilham Amine

Ilham Amine is currently the Responsable d’amélioration continue et projets stratégiques transverses at Direct Assurance. They previously held multiple roles at AXA Service Maroc, starting as a Conseillère en Assurance in 2004 and advancing to positions including Manager and Responsable domaine formation commerciale et vente. Ilham led training initiatives for over 1,400 hours annually and managed teams in various operational capacities, culminating in their promotion to Responsable d'unité de management Retention at AXA Global Direct. They earned a Licence in English Literature from Université Mohammed V Rabat between 2001 and 2005.
