Maddy Ledon

Maddy Ledon has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Maddy started their career in 2014 as an Education Director at the Catholic Diocese of Arlington. In 2018, they joined Direct Development, Inc. where they held positions such as Editorial Manager, Content Strategist, Account Strategist, Director of Nonprofit Strategy, and currently serves as the Head of Culture & Talent Development. Additionally, they joined Novus in 2020 and has held roles including Content Strategist, Account Strategist, Director of Nonprofit Strategy, and currently serves as the Head of Culture & Talent Development.

Maddy Ledon began their education at Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2011 but did not obtain a degree. Maddy later attended George Mason University from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.
