Candace Epps

Candace Epps is a Digital Marketing Manager at NRG Energy since January 2021, responsible for managing digital marketing requests across multiple brand websites. Prior to this role, Candace served as a Social Media Marketing Manager focused on home protection marketing, and played a key role in the transition of home protection after a merger in 2022. Additionally, Candace has been with Direct Energy since February 2017, holding positions such as Digital Care Supervisor and Operations Manager for Chat and Social Media, where management of online chat support and customer relationship strategies are key responsibilities. Candace's earlier experience includes various roles at Dish Network from 2005 to 2017, culminating as Quality Assurance Supervisor. Candace is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus, expected in January 2025, with prior education from Eastern Oklahoma State College and Mcalester High School.
