David Dodd has extensive experience in data center operations and IT support, currently serving as a Data Center Operations Analyst and previously as a Service Desk Analyst at Direct Energy since October 2014. Prior to this role, David worked as an IT Risk and Security Management Analyst at JPMorgan Chase from March 2011 to October 2012, where responsibilities included managing access to applications through various software tools.
