Lee Pepper

Lee Pepper is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in technology management and application development. Currently serving as the Engineering Chapter Lead at Direct Line Group since November 2023, Lee previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at T. Rowe Price from September 2019 to August 2023. Earlier roles include Distribution Technology Manager and Development Team Lead at Newton Investment Management, where Lee managed web and CRM development projects. Lee also was a Senior Application Developer at BNY Mellon, focusing on Java and web applications, and held positions as a Java Developer at JP Morgan FundsHub and Analyst Programmer at Fidelity Investments. Educational credentials include an MGeol degree in Geology from the University of Southampton, and foundational education at Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys and St Peters Primary.
