Treena Walker

Treena Walker (LLM) is an experienced Senior People and Talent Partner currently supporting the COO and CIO at Direct Line Group since August 2023, focusing on major transformation initiatives for a team of approximately 2,200 people. Prior to this role, Treena held significant positions at LSEG from May 2020 to June 2023, including Executive Support Director, where management of the Executive Support function across 15+ locations was achieved, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, supporting various divisions. Treena also served as Senior HR Business Partner at Barclays, overseeing a population of 14,500 employees, and has experience at Aviva in various HR roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Employment Law and a postgraduate degree in Law from the University of East Anglia.
